The Swindon Town Advisory Board meeting is currently without a date after a late postponement to the January sit-down.
The now bi-monthly Advisory Board meeting has not sat since November and with a date due in January, there are currently no concrete plans for the club’s key stakeholders to meet.
The last meeting of the group which sees fan groups and other stakeholders discuss issues with the club hierarchy was on November 7.
The Trust and Official Supporters Club had initially suggested a meeting in early January, but the club pushed that back to January 28.
In an update provided on January 27, TrustSTFC revealed that that meeting had been cancelled by the club and they are yet to propose another time for it.
The Trust also said that following the last meeting, they, along with the Supporters Club, had proposed an updated Terms of Reference to ensure that the meetings remained transparent, in line with the original aims when the Advisory Board was created three years ago.
This came at the same time as the revelation that the Joint Venture board meeting, in which plans for The Nigel Eady County Ground redevelopment were to be unveiled, had also been cancelled without a new date having been communicated.
