He’s the top free-agent wide receiver available and will have several teams interested in his services after finishing the 2024 season with 85 receptions for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns. He may be 32, but he still has plenty left in the tank.
With that in mind, DraftKings has put out the betting odds for Adams’s next team and has listed the Green Bay Packers with the best odds at +190. Adams played for the Packers with Aaron Rodgers before Adams was dealt to the Las Vegas Raiders ahead of the 2022 season.
The Packers already have Christian Watson and Jayden Reed at wide receiver, but you can never have enough depth at that position.
The Los Angeles Chargers have the second-best odds to sign Adams at +450, followed by the San Francisco 49ers at +600. Adams is from the West Coast so a return to that part of the country makes a ton of sense for him.
The Chargers could use another top wide receiver to help second-year wideout Ladd McConkey after he came into his own as a rookie, finishing with 82 receptions for 1,149 yards and seven touchdowns.
Deebo Samuel was just traded from the 49ers to the Washington Commanders, so the 49ers have a hole to fill with him gone. Adams could make sense in that regard since the 49ers are still trying to contend.
Adams could also look to follow Rodgers wherever he goes since he loves playing with him.
We’ll see where he decides to continue his career when the new league year starts next Wednesday.
