The Sydney Roosters are thrilled to announce that the Steggles Roosters Charity Nest has surpassed the incredible $5.5 million mark.
Established in 2010, the Steggles Roosters Charity Nest sees Roosters major partner Steggles donate $1,000 for every point the Roosters win by, with the Roosters also contributing $250 per point.
The Roosters’ 26-point NRL win in Round 25 has seen the Steggles Roosters Charity Nest raise an incredible total of $5,506,624 since 2010.
The Australian Children’s charities supported by the Steggles Roosters Charity Nest are Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Children’s Cancer Institute and Children’s Hospital Foundation Brisbane.
“Steggles has a long and proud history with a commitment to giving back to the community, as does the Sydney Roosters, so the Steggles Roosters Charity Nest is an initiative we have always been incredibly honoured to be a part of,” said Sydney Roosters Chief Operating Officer, Jarrod Johnstone.
“We applaud the entire Steggles organisation for their dedication to the Steggles Roosters Charity Nest and on raising over $5.5 million for a number of Australian children’s charities,” he added.

The Sydney Roosters NRL team will wear a Charity Nest-themed jersey in this Sunday’s Round 26 fixture against the Canberra Raiders. The jerseys will be auctioned at the conclusion of the match, with all proceeds going to the Steggles Roosters Charity Nest.
